Entry Process: How does your competition process work?
At The Small Business Awards, we have crafted a distinctive competition process that aims to maximize exposure for all candidates throughout the entire competition, going beyond just our winners. Here's a breakdown of our process:

1. Entry Fee: Candidates can select any desired category and pay a nominal £12 entry fee.

2. Submission Form: Upon payment, individuals/businesses will receive a comprehensive submission form. This form requires the submission of evidence for each entered category, accompanied by a series of thought-provoking questions.

3. Review and Qualification: Our team at The Small Business Awards meticulously reviews each submission form. We assess the provided evidence and answers against our competition standards to determine qualification for the competition.

4. Finalist Announcement: If your submission meets the criteria, you will be notified as a finalist and receive a distinguished finalist pack and a digital certificate directly in your inbox.

1. When is the deadline for submissions?
The submission deadline is 31st July 2024.

2. How are finalists determined?
Our team at The Small Business Awards individually reviews all submission forms. Finalists are selected based on the quality of the evidence provided and the answers to the questions, adhering to our rigorous competition standards.

3. I have purchased my entry/entries online - what happens next?
Upon completing your online purchase, you will gain access to our user-friendly submission form. Simply fill out the form for each category you have entered. Our team will carefully review your submission and make a decision on your application.

4. What is your refund policy?
We understand that circumstances can change. Requests for refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact us at Hello@Archangel11Events.com to discuss your refund inquiry.

5. How do I attend the ceremony?
Our VIP event will be held in Birmingham in August 2024. As soon as we finalize the venue and lineup, tickets will be made available for purchase. Stay tuned for exciting updates!

6. I haven't received an email regarding the decision on my application?
We appreciate your patience as our team individually reviews each submission form. Due to the high volume of applications, it may take up to 12 weeks to receive a decision. Rest assured that we will promptly notify you once a decision has been made.

7. There is an error on my certificate, what should I do?
If you notice any discrepancies on your certificate, such as misspelled names or positioning errors, please reach out to us at Hello@Archangel11Events.com. Our dedicated team will swiftly rectify the issue and provide you with an updated certificate.
